Quince is a historic little house, which was built in one of the oldest parts of Porto Cristo. The house was occupied for decades by a Mallorcan family.
Today, only half of the building is renovated, thats because we want to keep the old and antique pieces that shows Quinces history.
Restaurant Quince began with a german traveler, the vision of an argentine and ideas from an american and thai, which in combination with experience from restaurants with Michelinstars, has become a unique restaurant.
Quinces original team has grown to be a part of the Majorcan culture with a team of specialists.

Our vision is to always use high quality products, the most regional and traditional possible and with essences and aromas from all corners of Asia, Europe and America.
With the experience from our travels we bring back among many flavors, marinades of Cuba, fish bathing in with thaisauce, aromas from japan, essences from the middleeast and different type of meat with a strong American character; and don’t forget, our desserts made with the typical recipes of grandmothers.
